Our commitment
ADA Genie LLC is committed to making this website usable by everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, magnification, voice control, or other assistive technologies. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA — the same standard (along with WCAG 2.1 AA) that our monitoring service tests customer websites against.
What we do to get there
- We run ADA Genie on ADA Genie. This website is scanned with our own automated engine — axe-core plus our additional checks — and we fix what it flags.
- We build with semantic HTML: proper landmarks, one
h1per page, a logical heading order, labeled form fields, and descriptive link text. - Every page has a "Skip to content" link, and all interactive elements show a visible focus indicator and are reachable by keyboard.
- Text colors are chosen to meet or exceed WCAG contrast minimums, and animations respect your
prefers-reduced-motionsetting. - Decorative images are hidden from assistive technology; meaningful images have text alternatives.
Known limitations
Automated testing — ours included — cannot catch every barrier, and we say the same thing about this site that we say about our customers': automation is a starting point, not a finish line. If we learn of an issue on this site, our goal is to fix it promptly. We review this statement and re-test the site on an ongoing basis.
Feedback — tell us if something's in your way
If you have difficulty using any part of this website, or you'd like content in an alternative format, please email reports@getadagenie.com. Please tell us the page you were on and what went wrong. We take every report seriously and aim to respond within 2 business days.
Compatibility
This website is a set of standard, JavaScript-light HTML pages designed to work with current versions of major browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari) and common assistive technologies. Core content and the free audit form remain usable if JavaScript is unavailable.
